The fun day!

Review all techniques taught. Role play, put students in situations (wear full gear) pressure students according to ability level witnessed during the courses. Give opportunities for palm strikes, knees, elbows, grip breaks, escapes from chokes, escapes from mount etc. Re enforce the ideas of green and red zones. Use all tools, voices included.
