Warm up Technique review
A. Hair grab defense (trap hand against scalp, grip the pinky edge for control or meat of thumb for control to go to arm lock) groin strike, foot stomp, kick to outside of the knee)
B. 2nd Hair grab: trap hand against scalp to alleviate the pain and secure the arm and grab the neck for head control. Create a strong base and drop to the ground. Pull them into your guard, look for the triangle or arm bar.
C. Try some sequencing with the previous techniques. Chained together like to IG videos… wrist grabs, chokes, hair grabs
D. Standing shoulder grab defense to takedown: swim up and over to trap at elbows, step through to trip, elbows to face once on ground.
HOMEWORK
Kicks, knees, elbows shadow work. Practice dropping to the ground, visualize pulling them into your guard. 10x hip raises with a triangle finish.
