Two Handed Front Choke

Pinned Up Against A Wall

1. Finger break.

2. Windmill followed with elbow.

3. Elbow trap, shuffle side step, drive the ‘bus’ to the wall followed with knees.


Single Hand Choke

Against Wall

1. Protect open side of face.

2. Palm strike/push attacker hand followed with elbow.

*Two handed shirt grab: swim under and up trapping arms at elbows, step through for a trip, follow with a face stomp

 
 

Front Bear Hug

Over the Arms

(Facing attacker) escape over arms grip: good base to t position, posture, to dump.

Create frame against face/chin, step back using entire body to break grip, follow with knee to groin.

HOMEWORK

Footwork; shuffle side step to left and right. Add on knees and visualize shadow work for techniques against the wall. Practice skip knees 10 to 20 reps each side x 5 rounds.
